Swing 4 Diabetes

I have had to come to terms with my diabetes diagnosis and the challenges it brings to my life every day. In 2009, in an effort to help others in our community, I co-founded the annual “Swing 4 Diabetes” golf tournament with Auburn great Kendall Simmons. Over the years we have donated over $400,000 to the Diabetes Center at East Alabama Medical Center. Supporting research for a cure helps me to deal with the disease, and our annual fundraising campaigns have been a benefit to this community that I love so much.
